Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Payments Are Final — No Refunds

Payment once made for a booking on Om Puja Arpan will not be refunded under any circumstances. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Pujas may only be rescheduled (not cancelled for a refund) and only if the request is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja time.

1. General Policy

Om Puja Arpan, operated by Ayvik Global (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), maintains a strict no-refund policy for all puja bookings made through the Arpan mobile application.

By confirming a booking and completing payment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service, a change of plans, or personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund.
  • This policy applies to all payments including full booking fees, convenience charges, and any add-on service fees.

2. Rescheduling

While refunds are not available, you may request to reschedule your booked puja under the following conditions:

Reschedule Window

A reschedule request must be submitted through the Arpan app or by contacting support at support@ayvik.ai at least 24 hours before the scheduled puja start time. Requests received within 24 hours of the puja will not be accommodated and the booking will be considered forfeit with no refund or reschedule credit.

  • Each booking may be rescheduled a maximum of once.
  • Reschedules are subject to Pandit availability on the new requested date and time. We cannot guarantee the same Pandit for a rescheduled booking.
  • The rescheduled puja must be conducted within 30 days of the original booking date. Bookings that cannot be rescheduled within this window will be forfeited without refund.
  • No additional charge is levied for one permitted reschedule within the window above.

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following situations result in forfeiture of the full payment with no refund or reschedule credit:

  • A cancellation or reschedule request is submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled puja time.
  • The Pandit has already been dispatched to your location at the time we receive a cancellation request.
  • Samagri has been procured specifically for your booking and cannot be returned or repurposed.
  • Decoration setup has commenced at the venue.
  • You are unavailable at the booked venue at the agreed time without prior notice to us.
  • Access to the premises is denied or restricted, preventing service delivery.

In all cases above, the full booking amount is forfeited and no credit, partial refund, or reschedule will be offered.

4. Payment Processing

All payments on Om Puja Arpan are processed by Razorpay. Payment is collected in full at the time of booking confirmation.

  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge, the excess charge will be reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. This is the only circumstance under which any form of refund may be processed.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.

5. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure circumstances — including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, severe weather, or public health emergencies — that prevent us from delivering the booked service, we will offer a reschedule at no additional cost. Refunds will not be provided in force majeure scenarios, except where required by applicable Indian consumer protection law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support channel, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India, and governed by Indian law. See our Terms & Conditions for full dispute resolution provisions.

7. Policy Updates

Ayvik Global (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted in the Arpan app with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For bookings already confirmed, the policy in effect at the time of booking applies.
